    of them all is the following. At nine o'clock in the morning if you look at Sliab League mountain near Killybegs in Co. Donegal and see a cloud or a mist on the top of it, rain is sure to fall at twelve o'clock that day. If Sliab League is clear at nine o'clock that morning it is a sure sign that there will be no rain.
    On a bright sunny day if the houses east of Killybegs can be seen plainly it is a sure sign that the next day will be bad but, if the houses cannot be seen the next day is sure to be good.
