Once upon a time an Irishman an Englishman and a Scotchman were travelling together. They met an old American and the four men became great friends. When the American was about to die he said if they would put money in with him in the coffin he would leave them all his money. All promised him faithfully that they would do so. When he was put in the coffin the Scotchman put in a ten pound the Englishman put in a ten pound note the Irishman signed a cheque for thirty pounds and lifted the two ten pound notes, and said "he can cash that cheque any place he goes".
