- I live in the townland of Gubaderra, in the parish of Killargue, in the barony of Drumahaire, in the poor law union of Manorhamilton and in the County Leitrim.
There are eight families in the townland and twenty five people.
Gilhooly is the most common name in it.
All the houses are thatched with the exception of one which is slated and another which is roofed with iron.
Gob-an-Doire means mouth of the oak. There are five people over seventy years of age living in it. They do not know Irish but, two of them can tell stories in English. Their names are:-Peter Gallagher,
