    One evening Dan Stack went into Newtown for flour with an ass and car. When he was coming home he went into Tom Stack's field kicking football with a few more men. He was not long in the field when a lorgadán came out of the kiln, and he was dressed in togs and football shoes and he wanted to get a kick out of the football, but they were in dread to give him the ball so they began to run. Then Dan Stack couldn't go out in the road because the lorgadán was before him, so he went back towards him and
