The well known birds in this locality are: the crow, magpie, curlew, wren, skylark, robin, sparrow, blackbird, thrush and the linnet. The birds that come to spend the summer are: the cuckoo, the corncrake and the swallow. Birds that come in winter are: the wild geese, the wild ducks, the snipe, the grouse, and the plover. The water hen lives along the river.The crow and magpie builds their nest on a tree.
The jackdaw builds on a chimney.
