The woman of the house said that she had no milk in the house but if he would rock the cradle she would get him a drink for the milk was in the barn. When the woman went out Paídín left his hand on the cradle and he could see the barman, the same bagpiper in the cradle. Paídín asked him what brought him there. He said that when Paídín broke his back he was no more good to them and that the woman was hurting his back
