    Cure for Cold or Cough:
    Take some dandelion, flax-seed, one glass of treacle, two tablespoonfulls of brown sugar. Add some water.
    Thistles:
    Donkeys are very fond of thistle tops but otherwise the herb is a nuisance to farmers, and according to law must be outdone. There are two kinds of thistles namely small thistles and sow-thistles. The later which grow on tillage land, when plucked and boiled are good for pigs.
