When Mr Wigges came out of the Church he looked about for his friend and after some little time found him, apparently unconscious on the top of the mound.
He shook him and after some time his friend became normal again and told him he had a vision. He said that he thought he saw a little Church with a number of people in it and these were gathered round an old man with a staff in his hand. The old man appeared to be teaching the people.
Mr Russell made known the vision he had had, and then Mr Clements sent his workmen and had the mound dug up, and the old ruin which I have described was unearthed.
    It is called “the Mote”.
