- The festival of Hallowe'en falls on the last day of October. A big supper is given on Hallowe'en night. People about here bake a cake called a brack. In the brack there is a ring, a bean, and a rag. Whoever gets the ring is supposed to marry first, whoever gets the bean is supposed to be rich, and whoever gets the rag is supposed to be poor.Here are other superstitions about Hallowe'en.
