    We have eight cows three pigs two horses, sixty four hens, two asses, a dog, two cats, twelve calves, and five ducks.

    When we are calling the hens we say Chuk" Chuk! and we say Wheety Wheety! for the ducks. It is said if you see a straw to a hens tail it is the sign of a stranger coming to the house and it is said it is the sign of a stranger coming to the house of the cock comes and crows at the door.
    It is also said it is the sign of a death if the cock is heard crowing on the roost at night. When we are calling the turkeys we say Bee! Bee!
