    l) Cats. When you are leaving a place it is thought to be very unlucky to bring a cat. This may be due to the fact that a cat carries disease in the fur of its back.
When a storm is coming the cat sits with her back to the fire. If its going to rain the cat puts her paw behind her ear or scrapes wood with her claws. She is said to have nine lives and hates water.
    m) Rooster. If a rooster crows at night go out and feel his claws. If they are warm it is a good sign, if cold they are very unlucky.
A crowing hen is always killed in our house, especially if she crows at night. If the rooster crows on the window someone is going to die.
