- Many years ago there lived at Ventry Harbour a Lord named Lord Ventry. He had a servant who was great for walking. Once the servant walked from West Kerry to Limerick and back in one day.
At that time there was a Lord who lived under the water in a city and Banny Fewn was his name. Some times he used to stay at Lord Ventry's Castle for a couple of days. On one time he stayed there Lord Ventry told him how his servant had walked from Kerry to Limerick.
