    at different times of the year. The most uncommon name is Anglim and the most common named are O'Connor, and Walshe.
    A century ago the houses in this district were much more numerous. A large number of streams and one river flows through the district. It is said that any criminals who reached Tarmons found sanctuary. They were protected by the monks who lived where the Daltons now live.
