    had enough of money to secure herself a husband, or rather a nice place sooner or later. She married Ned Brophy as he pleased her father.
    The night of the wedding she looked very lonely, and a young lady at the wedding said to her, "You will like your place very much when you become acquainted with the people; they are very nice neighbour people". She was surprised when the bride said "What sort are the cows". "I really do not know", was the reply.
