    He gave ten pounds to the servant that invited him in, and five to the other servant. It went round the town like wireless - the great gentleman that was in Dublin. The following day he arrived at the appointed time.
    The Lord mayor recieved him with great kindness, and they had a great chat about his father and the West of Ireland. The Lord Mayor's daughter was delighted at the news he told her father, so Lordy Thorney's son became engaged there and then to the Lord Mayor's daughter.
    When he was about to go to his hotel he got up and put his hands in his pockets, and said he must be very stupid, for he forgot his purse and said that he would leave his head after him in the hotel only for it was on his body. The Lord Mayor at once handed him two hundred pounds, and he gave ten pounds more to the servant who invited him in, and five to the other servant.
