    When Sullivan found that they were all gone he lay back and was soon fast asleep. When morning broke he never told his companion about the strange visitors of the night before but he went off to find the well and when he found it he filled a bottle with the water of the well.
    Returning to his companion they resumed their journey towards the sea coast. At nightfall they came to a brilliantly lighted shoo which they entered. They told the lady of the shop how they had travelled from the most remote North westerly point of North Kerry, that the were bound for England and they would be very thankful of some morsel of food to eat. She told them they could have their dinner and lodgings for the night, and their breakfast the following morning. They thanked her and sat down.
