    The Black Bryony has broad green leaves somewhat like the ivy which in Autumn turn a beautiful russet and bears a huge crop of red juicy berries. It grows very plentifully in th hedge behind our school
    Wild Garlic is easily recognised by its smell which is most pronounced in damp weather. it grows profusely int he woods. Its root is a small bulb and is dug up and eaten as a cure for a cold. it bears white flowers.
