  1. The people long ago had not all the machines for working that they have now.
    So they had to work harder, and they made a lot of things that people do not make now such as Creels.
    The way creels were made was to get a couple of bundles of sally rods. Then make a square two feet by one and a half on the clay then stick the sallies down in the ground not too near each other, about four inches apart.
