  1. (continued from previous page)
Ash-Wednesday to Easter-Sunday. It is unlucky to get married in May.
The man who has six cows gets more dowry than the man with tow cows. The man who is getting married sends another man to ask a girl. When the father agrees to give the girl they go and settle the match. Long ago when they got married they came on side-cars. They sang and laughed as they went along the road. The hauling home is a few days after the wedding. There is a wedding first in the girl's house and when the girl goes to her future home there is another wedding in the man's house.
