  1. There are two saints traditionally connected with Keash namely St Patrick and St Kevin.
    Toomour Abbey which at present is not in use. It was built by St Patrick. It is said that St Kevin was ordained there.
    Kingstone well is dedicated to St Patrick as I said int he preceeding folklore whilst there is a large flag stone, a little distance from the Abbey in which may be seen two holes, which is said to be the tracks of St Kein's knees. A Number of people are called after the two saints
