    The names of the potatoes are:- Epicures, Early-roses, Pinkins, Banners, Aran Consuls, Aran Victors, Kerr-pinks, British Queen;s, Irish Queen's, Champions, White epicures, Morsies Beauties.
    Epicures, Banners, Kerr-ponk grow best in our district.
    Long ago starch used to be made out of the potatoes.
