    was a man who was drawing seaweed from the strand. Every day he saw the mermaid on the rock combing her hair. One day he stole to the rock. He took her home, and married her. He hid the cloak which she was wearing.
    Every day she searched for the cloak, but could not find it. She had three children.
    One day he went to a fair, and she got the cloak and went away. He never heard where she went to.
    The mermaid is half a fish and half a woman.
