- About 50 years ago a man was travelling from Tralee to "Gleann na nGealt" at 12 o'clock at night. He had a heavy load on his car and when he was coming near a river a white woman jumped from behind the ditch and asked for a lift.He obeyed her and after passing the river she jumped off and said it was lucky for him that he gave her the drive for she would kill him like the others she had murdered. He found out after that the white woman was a fairy.
