She offered anything to the girl for the articles, and the girl said she would give them to her if she could stay three nights with the witch's husband and the witch accepted.
    The first night the girl knew that it was her husband and she was trying to talk to him, but he did not hear her. The second night the same thing happened and the next day the boy who was working there told the husband all about it. He then knew that he was given a sleeping draught every night. He told the boy to give him the sleeping draught that night, and he did, but instead of drinking it, he threw it away. The girl came and he spoke to her, and at that
