    When the sky has a sickly greenish hue or when the sky is orange or copper colour it is a sign of wind and rain.
    When you see big numbers of Winged ants on the road or on slats it is a sign of rain.
    When there is a star very near to the moon it is a sign of storm.
    When the sound of the train on the tracks appears far away it is a sign of fine weather or frost if near a sign of bad weather.

    Some people say when you hear the horn (sirens) of a ship away out to sea it is a sign of fog.
    If a good chair gets loose and if the rungs begin to fall off it is a sign of very good weather.
