    came into the room having a glass of drink in her hand. I took it and drank it. I heard and saw what the people in Australia were doing. She asked me to come and dance. I went with her. She said she would take me through the dance. We danced for half an hour. The next thing they shouted was "Come on." She put a red cap on my head and she said "would you wish to be with me: I said I would, and that very moment I was behind her on a grey horse's back.
    The next place I found myself was inside in Hannon's public house in Listowel where we drank plenty of champagne and the whole crowd was there. What we didn't drink was spilt by us. When they were going I was left behind. Next morning when the publican opened the door I was caught by two R.I.C police, taken before a magistrate and got a month in Tralee Jail.
    The first night I was in Jail I heard a voice saying "would you wish to be wish me," and through the keyhole of my cell she put in the red cap, and she asked if I wished to be with her. I said that I did. That moment I went right through the keyhole sitting on my grey
