    There was a snowstorm in Ireland in 1839. It is said to be the worst snowstorm that ever came to Ireland. Many people died, and they could not let their cattle to water.
    There was a snowstorm also on February 1933. It did not cause so much damage in this district, but carried away one man's barn and hay.
