    Once upon a time there lived a man named Dan in the village of Gurthanedin. One day he was working with his neighbors. One of them told him if he dreamt a thing three times in succession that it would come to pass in the end. Dan dreamt that night that if he went to Limerick bridge he would get a parcel of gold. He dreamt the same thing the second night and the same thing the third night. On the fourth day he started off for Limerick bridge. He walked from side to side of the
