  1. Each feast had its own customs. For instance. On St Stephen's Day the young folk hunt the wren. Others dress in gay coloured clothes and collect money and some time afterwards they hold a big dance.
    On St John's night all the boys and girls make a bonfire and dance around it. Some take home a burnt stick and keep it until the next St John's night.
    On St Martin's night the people kill fowl and sprinkle the blood around the house, others keep the blood until the following year.
