    to bury him in another grave. But when they tried to bury him, there came such a heavy rain that they had to bring the remains back to the house. This happened for thirty-nine days. On the 40th day they decided to bury him as requested and that day was beautiful. And from that it is believed, if it rains on that day it will rain for forty days.
    When the smoke goes up straight it is the sign of good weather.
    When the soot comes down the chimney it is the sign of rain. When the blaze of the fire is blue it is the sign of frost.
