    Peter Comisky, Annyalla
    The Comisky, Kearly and Marron families were smiths for many years. All the forges are on the roadside. Frank Marron's is in Cremartin on the Cremartin- Annyalla road. Peter Kearly's is on the Castleblayney-Monaghan road. Peter McBennet's is on the Cremartin-Ballybay road. Pat McGinns is in the village of Clontibret. John Morgans is on the Ballybay-Castleblayney road. Peter Comiskeys is on the Annyalla-Castleblayney road.
    Marrons forge is plastered and Whitewashed in the inside. There is a coal-house next the end in which the fire is. The bellows are in the coal-house. They are made of leather. A long shaft is sticking through the leather. When this shaft is pushed down it drives
