Patterson's rock get's its name because Willie John Pattersons used to own it. There are also names because Mc Cauley was murdered on it. Pattersons Bray in Drumhoney gets its name because Pattersons live at the head of it, "Blosties Bray" in Tullythristney gets its name because the man that lived on the Bray was a terrible liar
