  1. The cows have got names. One name is Mooly. The cow's house is called the byre. The cows are tied to stakes with chains or ropes. Some times a rope is tied from the horns to the legs in order to keep the cows from breaking out into other fields. On Palm Sunday the people put blessed palm over the door to bring luck on the stock The horses have got names too Bob and Dick are some names. The horse's house is called a stable It is the blacksmith that shoes him. It is the farmers cut off the hair off the horse with clippers which were made at home by the people.
