- Barry's Glen
When the road from Tralee to Cork was being made about two hundred years ago a family named Barry lived in the townland of Coolbane parish of Kilcummin, Co Kerry. The glen in Barry's farm along which the road was made is since called Barry's "Glen". "Pairc a tabair" is the name of a field in John Foley's farm Leamnaguilea, parish of Ballyhar, Co Kerry.
