    Nuair a bhíonn an spéir go dorcha scamaileach bíonn aimsear olc ag teacht. Nuair a bhíonn an gaoth ag séideadh go h-an láidir ó'n íarthar sin cómhartha aimsear olc bheith ag teacht, agus is maith an cómhar cun aimsear mhaith bheith ag teacht an gaoth a ndeas bheith ag séidead. Nuair a bhíonn éanlaithe na fairrge ag dul sús ar na bántaibh, agus nuair a bhíonn an fairrge agus na mba ag rith ins na laethe fada (?) an t-samhraidh bíonn aimsear stoirme ag teacht.
