    Soap, and sugar, and buttermilk, mixed together in a paste was used to draw a boil.
    Old people round here had a great objection to lancing a sore. They preferred to draw the matter with a poultice.
    I heard all these from old people in this neighbourhood when i was a child. They are all dead and gone now and their cures are no longer in use.
