    Uair amháin tháinig fear isteach san paróisde seo ag muineadh. Séámus Ua Séaghdha ab ainm do. Bhí saghas scoil aige i gcró i gCeannchnuchaire. Bhí alán scoláire ag dul go dtí an cró san. Geóbhadh an múinteóir págh éigin í ndeire gach rátha.
    Tar éis tamaill tháinig fear eile isteach san paróiste. Tomás Ua Clúabháin ab ainm do. Bhí scoil ag i gCummar ar an dtaobh thuaidh de'n paróisde. Bhí sé ag muineadh moran rudaí ann. Geóbhadh sé págh éigin ó gach scoláire cun díol as na páipéiri agus rudaí eile a tug sé do fhaidh a raibh sé ann.
