- A starling builds her nest of moss and leaves. She lays five eggs of a blueish colour and very small.
- A sparrow's nest is made of clay, wool, and withered leaves and bits of sticks they lay three white eggs with little brown spots on them.
- She builds a deep nest, and moss on the inside she lays three or four blue eggs
- She builds in a ploughed field, first she scratches away the clay and makes the shape of a nest. Then she lines it with moss and twigs. She hatches for three weeks, five eggs she usually lays and they are blue with a spot on them.
