There is a rhyme about the days of the week.

    (continued from previous page)
Wednesday is the best day of all
    Thursday for losses
    Friday for crosses and
Saturday is no day at all.
    This is another one.
"Sunday's child is blest of all, Monday's child is fair of face
Tuesday's child is born for grace, Wednesday's child is born for woe
Thursday's child has far to go
Friday's child is loving and giving
Saturday's child has to work hard for his living
