    Because she cannot lick it.
    Under the fire and over and never touches the fire.
    A cake in an oven.
    Through the wood and through the wood and never touches the wood.
    A knife in a man's pocket.
    A lazy old face, a hard working father, twelve little children all the same colour.
    A clock.
    Why is a telegraph pole like a dose of castor oil.
    Because one is hard to get up and the other is hard to get down.
