    in Kiltycreighton. There are about forty six people living in it. All the houses in Kiltycreighton are thatched. None of them are slated.
    Kiltycreighton got its name from the "wood of the Aspen Tree". Coillte Criotáin also means "the wood of the Little Humps". A man named Michael Toolin is seventy eight years of age. He knows some Irish, he is able to tell "English Stories.
    Houses were more numerous in former years and the people emigrated from their houses to America and other countries.
    This townland is not mentioned in any song.
