    evening. A rainbow in the morning is the shepherds warning a rainbow in the night is the sailors delight. When the curliew is crying the peole say she is crying for rain. When the goat comes down from the hill it is also a sign of rain. When the smoke ascends up into the sky it is a sign of good weather when it touches the ground it is a sign of wet weather.
