    Calcannon - A favourite dish made from mashed potatoes, Cream, butter, and onions.
    Flour Dumplings - Four rolled into dumplings and boiled with salty meat.
    Pancakes, were eaten on Shrove Tuesday, they were made from eggs, cream, and flour.
    Ling Fish - was eaten on Days of Abstinence, It was dried salted fish, it was left steeping over night in running water, then it was boiled and eaten with White Sauce.
    White Sauce was made from butter blended in boiled milk.
    Praipeen - Raw oatmeal blended with Cream.
