    In the summer months the Sidhe gaoch or the fairy wind sweeps away hay. But when you see the sidhe gaoch coming you should catch a handful of dust and pelt it after it and say 'God and the road be with you'. Another remedy is to have a bit of clover in your pocket and then it could not harm you.
