These are the names of spuds, Champions, Arran Banners, Kerrpinks, Shamrocks, Irish Queens, Arran Chiefs, Sharps Express, Leinster wonders. Thats all I know of them. Kerrpinks are the best spuds grown on our farm. Spuds were never used instead of starch in this district.
