   Tinkers are people who wander about the roads. There are a good many tribes of them around this district. The people who come the oftenest are the Donovans of the Mile Post. They sell delph and tin pints, gallons and buckets. All tinkers usually have two or three asses going around with them. They are very clever. If they were
