    In a corner of a field by King's river on the form where I am living there meet four parishes, three baronies, two counties, four towns lands, and two provinces. Noted antiquarians considered it a place worthy of note.

  2. In the olden times we are told people believed that a woman travelled to different wells which she used to skim and this meant that the people on whose lands the wells were would be deprived of the cream of the milk of their cows for the rest of the year.
