    with black-berries for the blossom, drawn like tea makes a good beverage.
    "Nettles" are good. Three meals of Nettles in Springtime are believed to keep away all forms of disease. When mixed with cabbage they make a delicious dish.
    "Dandelion" is used as a vegitable made up as a salad, also good for young fowel.
    "St. Patrick's liaf" grows wild in fields and is useful for cureing cuts and boils, it can be used internally and enternally.
    "Bog Bean" is used for curing Boiles.
