    The woman awaited the return of her two daughters, but they never arrived. At last she sent out her youngest daughter to look for her two sisters and to give the hen a call. She met with the same adventures, but when the "Man of the Hills" asked her "Will you be my wife?" she said "With all my heart" because she guessed how her two sisters had fared. She was very lonely down in the palace and said she would like to go home to her mother with food and drink.
    One day a goat fell down the trap door and the man cut off his head and threw him into the cellar. The girl said "Why did you do that?", he would have been company for me down here. The "Man of the Hills" took a flask, set the goat's head on its shoulders, so the goat returned to life again.
    The girl watched the performance and repeated it on her two sisters. She then put them in a sack and laid food and drink on the sack's mouth. She asked the "Man of the Hills" to fetch the sack to her mother. He ran to the cottage, threw in the sack and said "Here are the food and drink
