    day. It is said that Barneby O'Carroll hid a great amount of gold and silver some where around the castle and long ago there was some money found there.

  2. In a well that was closed in the Pigeon Park at Aghaboe there was a hidden treasure. No one ever got it. People came to dig and they had to go away with the noise of chains. It was up to two thousand pounds.
